Good morning all, and good evening to you, Jay. In my quick channel surf of the morning business news I tarried awhile at Imus with MSNBC...Fascinating subject, John Kurtz(?) author of new book, "The Fortune Tellers". He is a writer for Washingotn Post. I have not yet read the book but according to comments I monitored it is an expose' of market manipulations by Wall Street insiders and investment houses. When J6P starts getting bombarded with the facts of overvaluations and hype we most of us here follow we will have another parameter to contend with as a negative for the the continued madness of the crowd. Apparently interesting tidbit (I have not yet read the book, Mike Doyle, and am as yet getting no commissions on sales!:^)) about Ron Insana having a herd of cows thru an orifice about some callin extolling the virtures of gold. The unending litany of optimism by analysts (getting to be an oxymoron) is getting downright funny. By the way Phillip Morris just this minute!! came out with a release about how it can save the US millions since smokers die younger hence lower cost for aged...fewer of 'em. Now why didn't I think of that. Ah, the delicious madness of crowds. BTW, we can all relax, especially those who are terrified by the optimism of Maurice. Another analyst just called a bottom.
