Average family tax savings around $400. Average energy bill a year including gasoline around $1500. Given that prices have spiked in some cases up to 500% (natural gas in California though no supply shortage) consider where the tax cut money goes. It's very simple math and it's easy to figure out who gains and who loses. A few places in the country may not have been gouged as much but the entire north, midwest and west are heavily gouged, and it only the Energy Cartel six-nine months to steal the entire amount of the annual tax cut from the average family, not to mention businesses and government, all of which gets passed along back to consumers and tax-payers so you pay twice.
