Intel claims 1M units increase from Q2 and gain in market share. Did I here this right? What gives?

Intel claims 80% unit market share. AMD claims 22%. Otellini implied that AMD's share resulted from channel stuffing, and yet AMD says they do not recognise shipments through the channel until the sale is confirmed. Who is twisting the numbers?
