I agree with you 100 percent.. I bought some last week at 28 and change and dumped it when it went down to $26.. But at $19 1/2 I would be a buyer...

I think a lot of people forget that when there is a bottom, some outrageous prints happen. I remember seeing DIGX last April 4 open at 88-5/8, go up to 95, drop below 50, and rise to close at 89-7/8. An increase of 1-1/4 on the day, but a range of nearly 50% on the day. That's an extreme example (DIGX had a small float pending lockup expiration, and it was just a bad day, not a bottom) but that's panic selling, and that's how you get crazy bids filled. That same day EMC opened at 128, went to 130, dropped to below 110, and closed unchanged at 128. SUNW opened at 91 and change, went to 93-1/8, dropped to 71-3/4, and closed at 90 (down 1). It's still one of the strangest days I've seen.
