Ironically, that was exactly the point Asensio was trying to make, that any business REFR might or might not have with a company as insignificant as THV will have negligible impact on the bottom line and probably wasn't even worth the original press release.

Please Bill don't insult the intelligence of your followers. The intent was clearly to sling mud at REFR however lame and inaccurate the accusation (he was implying that THV had some dealings with an individual that it turns out they didn't)

Of course you fail to mention that it was THERMOVIEW who released the news NOT REFR.
biz.yahoo.com So go on the THV board and complain .

As far as the THV license yielding revenues, they still comprise a large network of window suppliers nationally. I know that I have contacted Thermoview of California to send my contractor information as soon as the windows are available. He is very anxious to be able to order these for several clients. I also know from speaking to their president that the largest amount of inquiries at their web site have been SPD windows. Yes, they are not exclusive but since it costs RFI $0 to manufacture the window, it is unlikely it can do anything but add to the bottom line.
