You are the one who needs to read more carefully. His post states ... Germany's reducing i.e: "Germany is reducing" Nowhere does it say planing in the post. Additionally, by stating 'not one job lost' he further implies that they are doing it without job loss. Nothing could be further from the truth. 21% is a goal that came about from EU negotiations. German business leaders are none to happy about it either. With a 9.3% unemployment rate, Schroeder will have a rough going trying to implement their target.
