"Probable rapist" is supported by the facts. There is reasonable cause to believe he commited a rape. There is no reasonable cause to believe anything that UnAmerican Spirit has posted reltive to lying or stealing or energy ripoff etc, or that Cheney has committed any crime.

(1) Wrong. It's defamatory. Clearly. The intent is malicious. Clearly. The third requirement is it must be said knowing it is untrue or with reckless disregard of the truth. He has been challenged to produce proof.

(2) Nobody is arguing in favor of either Agnew or Nixon. I myself said that Agnew was guilty of aceepting bribes.
