grabbed a few more at 18.15..come on IBM<g>..I could make an argument for EMC trading at the bottom of it's downward channel<g> stockcharts.com

Ditch "took profits early" Sorry to hear that DD. The close was quite strong with market on close orders stacked up. As I said before, a break over 4.43 on volume will tell the tale. (only .02 away) There will be even more short covering going into the weekend. If there is a strike in SA for any extended period of time the supply of gold will be at a premium. The strength of the USD is getting considerable play in the media and the effect that has on our profit picture. Look for pressure to mount on the gov't to "fix" the problem. Greenie's game is not working too well, so the "take care of me's" will expect Washington to do something drastic. Ken
