Ken, when I was experiencing problems with transferring funds to Waterhouse, I phoned their customer service people every evening. If I was restless I would call again after mid-night. It was something to do :-)

I found it curious that each customer service rep that I spoke to sounded Indian or Pakistani. Nothing negative about Indians or Pakistanians, but are they taking over customer service?

I think that they are. Customer service and India are going to become synonymous. Believe it or not, when you call customer service complaining about your new GE toaster or
your new Toshiba big screen tv, the person on the other end of the phone IS IN INDIA!!! No kidding.

Let's look into who the players are and buy in ahead of the pack. Sooner or later CNBC will be reporting on this new cottage industry.
