bambs, if you believe that CSCO is going into the single digits then you should be shorting it at these prices.

However, as the year comes to a close, IMO, I believe that the tech stocks will go up. How much no one knows. But, remember, the market looks approx. six months ahead. Therefore, the market will be looking at June 2002. According to CEO Morgan of AMAT, mid 2002 is when he see the upturn. But, he, sain you never know when it will happen since the orders come all at once. I assume the same will be with CSCO.

Does anyone on this site know how long it takes CSCO to ramp up after it receives orders from NT, LU, AT&T, SBC, CABLE, DSL, etc and then ships the equipment to the end user? I am of the opinion that it does not take 6 months, does it?
