i doubt that you could get all of those to unite against Israel...of course, the Mid East states you name may very well do so, but they've already tried in the past to no avail. don't forget, Israel can invoke the ultimate threat - a nuclear strike - if it deems that necessary. that's a very effective deterrent. of course the hatred runs deep in the Mid East...and i'm not ruling out that things could deteriorate to the point of open warfare. certainly all the parties have become more and more belligerent in their rhetoric.

I don't think they could get Chinese support. China is having a good relation with Israel, buying a lot of high tech weapon from Israel.

The only likely serious combatant against Israel is Syria and I don't think they're that dumb either. And Russia and China are both developing better relations with Israel .What could they gain from supporting a bunch of loser states like Syria. Unless Russia wants to disrupt Mid-East oil supply so the price goes up. But that's really cynical....
