So far the Arab states have sent camera crews, not armies, to support the Palestinians.

What does Egypt get per year since Camp David, is it two billion dollars? and no Soviet sponsor to replace lost equipment. War with Israel is now a much more expensive proposition than it was in 1973.

And if Egypt sits on its hands, how could Jordan or Syria afford to move?
