That's really tacky of DeLay. Bush/Rumsfeld were already planning on the DoD supplemental to finish off the surplus. It's just not fair for DeLay to get his request in first. And then the other members...well, they'll have to get their fair share for their constituents. Gee I hope that corporate airport that DeLay got funded didn't get damaged, the taxpayers will have to pay for that again.
