The trucks will be making many trips and a fine per trip or whatever kills any profit and that will lead to safety on par with US expectations. You are not getting my drift Thomas. For every truck that gets stopped and fined, there will be THOUSANDS that will not be stopped. Illegal Aliens and drug traffic has proved that. They will be able to just touch the tip of the iceberg. AS just a small example, ever been on the public transportation busses in Juarez? They are old school busses bought here in the states after we deem them too much trouble to keep up.
