Newsmax.com is a right-wing rumor rag. It's so bad you can't even line bird cages with it. The fact that JLA and Watson and Michael Cummings link to it so often shows the type of readers (idiots) who are attracted to the bash rag.

You're right. The New York Times is generally recognized as the best newspaper in the world. They have a nice Web site, which I try to visit daily.

j-f, I'm an enginear and I know how to access accuracy of facts. nyt gets the facts wrong and reports a very biased set of opinions and analysis.

Newmax gets the facts right. Newsmax is much much smaller than the NYt and more selective on what topics they may be reporting. But I see accurate and fair reporting in the articles they provide. But you also have links to many other commentators and you can read all there articles past.

At least 999 out of every thousand folks in the world have less than 1/10 of my understanding of technology. It might be 9999 out of 10,000. Those who really understand tech can see that I understand by what I have published on my web pages. You want to find facts. watman.com
You want to find political topic related facts. watman.com

So if you wish to believe the nyt, you are free to be told what they wish you to hear.

j-f, I don't consider "you're out of your effen mind" to be rude or offensive. I do consider slanderous name calling to be rude and uncivil. I was inspired by the Cheney interview where he spoke of the Patience of our President. I am going to emulate our President. There are still a few on this board that I consider scum. I'll most likely just ignore them. As is a lost cause.
