Now that the USA economy has moved well into the landing phase we have to worry about the foreign economies adding to the length of the run way or worse causing a slide domestically. One of the keys to the R word happening is overseas. Not until the overseas economies have adjusted, will the USA be able to move forward. Well into 2002, most likely 2003 seems about right. It's going to continue to get boring, like a sprung spring with a worn out happy face on it, limping listlessly in the dying winds of the new economy. <g> The great thing about all the above is the length of the bases that will be built. The longer the base the strong the move off of the it. The big problem will be to stay ready and have the fortitude and cash to be able to move when it happens.
