Yes there are! But there are so many unscrupulous people out there that I limit my buying to Amazon.com and to stores labelled "top service" by yahoo shopping. That lowers the probability that I will be ripped off!
In fact, e-stores are now beginning to brag that they are rated "top service" by yahoo!!
