Tom, Thanks for those kind words. I believe one of the worst things people do is lie to themselves, those that do this the least are the better off for it. As a engineer you have probably had collaborative efforts with others. I have often seen people seeking to resolve a technical problem when someone comes up with a solution which is well received by the group. But after some thought the originator of the solution realizes a fatal flaw in the proposal. I have known so many people to shoot down their own ideas because they realized the truth.
