I didn't make any such determination. I merely asked what your qualifications are in police investigations? I strongly suspect you have none. As I have not formed an opinion about Condit's possible involvement in Levy's disappearance based on evidence, how have you managed to do so? But you must know something or you wouldn't condemn all others who may or may not disagree with your well thought out logical conclusions, would you? Just because his brother is arrested for violating parole and has a multi-page rap sheet of offenses does not lead to a unanimous conclusion of all conservative that the Congressman is guilty of anything, your juvenile name calling rants to the contrary.
