Second one doesn't need any police qualifications to KNOW that a dui arrest from 1996 (his brothers no less) has no relevance with regard to Levy. Determination made! There aren't even enough facts to arrest the guy! Thats what I know. Now at some point there might be but until then all of this garbage the people keep hauling out is just that GARBAGE!! Only a redneck or a person who would like to see condit go down based only on political affiliation would agree with the witch hunt we have going now. Innocent until proven guilty is the law of the land for all people. Not just republicans.
