How about National Security Ponzi scheme.
In an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Daschle acknowledged that Condit "may be" a ripe target for blackmail but said he should stay on the committee because "there are probably others that are subject to blackmail as well."

Senator Lott commented on Daschle's earlier gaff's
words to the effect.
Well Daschle's still got the training wheels on.

ok it's not really a ponzi scheme, but it sounded good.

Dear Derek: I am only 4 years away now from collecting at the reduced rate. Even now I would gladly give whatever is my portion back for say Govt bonds equal to what I and my employer (generally me as I was self employed most of my life) contributed plus a reasonable return on our investment. ( I would even settle for inflation rate return for all those years) JDN
