(Nasdaq:RBAK - news), a leading provider of solutions for next-generation metro broadband and optical networks, today announced that Gansu Telecom, one of the largest telecom operators in China's western region, plans to deploy the Redback® SMS(TM) 10000 platform, the industry's most scalable subscriber management system.
