If abortion was determined to be illegal in the U.S. again: I would not call it "getting away with things" but being able to escape the unconstitutional laws of a "free" country to seek the freedom to have an abortion outside the U.S.

Actually, it should be handled by the states. the federal government should stay out of it.

Example: If a woman from Texas was not allowed an abortion there, she could go to Wisconsin where it is allowed.
