>>amzn's growth is slowing<< yyes, but amzn is a (direct or indirect) customer of vrsn, right? last i checked, a company customers DO impact business. my point is that transactions (amzn or anywhere else) are artificially subsidized by massive at or below cost selling right now. this is unsustainable longer term and this will have an impact on a company like vrsn. as i said, my only issue is with vrsn's valuation, but i'm picky about valuation levels compared to my perception of the business going forward because i like to stack the odds in my favor. my gun slinging days are over! ;-)
