<< I have upward trendline on NEM sitting at 19.75.....A pullback that does not violate that level means continued upward momentum... >>

Mark, when I draw the trendline, it is at 19.75 TODAY (Wednesday), but at 20 TOMORROW (Thursday).

Does this mean that Thursday's low must stay above 20 to not breach the trendline, or just that the close must be above 20? Am I right to be looking at 20 instead of 19.75?

<< Looking still for 22.00 on this move.... >>

Any chance of 24 on this move or must we retrace to 20 first? (20 being a 50% pull-back from 22 to 18.)

I am tempted to hold my ltbh shares for 24, but a strong break of 24 would complete a year-long cup and handle, so maybe I should hold for 30 or more! This long-term-buy-and-hold is for the birds! I long for the day when I truly become ... GTC Trader !!! : ' )

TIA - gtc-in-training

MXR

Mark,

You may want to add "our old friend" MXR to your short-term watch list. Average volume is 162,409 according to Yahoo!
(I wish I knew what time period that is over. Does anyone know?)

It closed at 78 cents on Tuesday and today it hit 1.36 on volume of 1,156,700. Does this qualify as a popper?

I have a sell order just under 1.50 to take some profits, so I would like to see some follow-through tomorrow before the inevitable pull-back. We shall see.

It was under $1 today until a press release came out at 10:54. MXR took off at ~11:20, and then hit its high at high noon, but held fairly well, in my opinion, on good volume throughout the day. Maybe it can channel between 1 and 1.50 for the next ten years !!! : ' )

Any opinions welcome.

My guess is that today was the Nasdaq high and we head down tomorrow. It peaked at the descending trendline and most recent rallies have failed.

Best regards - GTC
