FWIW: I executed limit GTC orders, today, and bought LLTC and MXIM at $37.5.

I intend to buy both at $35, 32.5, 30, and 27.5.

I will try to employ the same "ratchet" down technique I described for my AMAT purchases.

Thanks for insightful response and sharing of your extensive industry knowledge and experience. I am always on the lookout for reliable leading indicators in cyclical industries. Would it be worthwhile to flesh out the correlation with SIA historical data?

Preliminary issues:

How reliable is the indicator?
How early is the indicator?
How useful is the indicator for the purpose of stock market timing?
