Oh they were wrong about most of the things. I can predict the big one hitting San Francisco...and I can keep shouting from rooftops everyday at people who really want to get on with their lives....<smile>...and of COURSE it WILL hit SFO....one day...

And as for ponzi schemes...stock market is a ponzi scheme in itself....just like a craps table. If people are so consciencious, well, they don't have to play stocks....they can put it in CDs, or better, donate it to charity. I did a lot of charity stuff with my earnings btw.

I don't agree the man in crosshairs is dead.. Didn't you see The Matrix ?

If you were saying SELL SELL SELL back then, well good for you. The bottom line is, what suits me (risk) may not suit you....I would rather HAVE money to lose than not have money at all...<smile> and I refuse to pass judgement on your strategy....and ask the same of bears...but the obsession you guys have, stupifies me ! <smile>

<<<and it frustrates me b/c it didn't have to be this way>>>

I rest my case. LOL!

Jim Grant and Alan Ableson have been bearish for as long as I've been an investor, and let me assure you I am not young anymore like I used to be!
