In the past, Maria Bartiromo has been a good contrarian indicator; i.e. whatever CEO shows up on her Friday show, his/her company deserves serious consideration as short candidate. Not necessarily because Maria is dumb (she is a pretty brunette, the source of much of her TV following; I prefer not to make a judgement on her intelligence), viewers should keep in mind that the show is produced early in the week, and it usually takes weeks to schedule. By the time a piece of news comes up on her weekend show, all except the dumbest money is already priced in.
