True, however, not getting financing (in the absence of orders) would not have been good for the share price either. It's clear that the company needs to sell some product in order to reignite any kind of interest in the stock.

Bluejay,

It is very possible that Roseworth had already shorted the stock heavily. With this, they will be buying back the short position.

However, if what you say is true, then why not (say Yorkton + others) bid up the stock, and Roseworth will have to buy at higher prices ! NHC does not have a large number of shares o/s !

Regards, Lalit Jain

Ok, tell me how this works. Roseworth short the stock and inso drive it down. Now, given the option to access capital is in the hands of NHC, how does Roseworth cover their position?

Stikes me that Roseworth are the ones with their butt on the line. NHC can excercise their option to get cash at market rates, and then some days down the road after the monitoring period, pull a Roth and disclose a a few little problems in their guidance. Who is hanging out their #$@ in that case?

The downside to the release is that it may just confirm that their comments regarding deals by calender year end are also off.
