Until Intel begins to seriously kill off the PIII in the corporate market, they will continue to have a strangle hold, so AMD's potential growth will be limited to the mobile computing market. And, while mobile Barton will be a killer mobile processor, they won't even have anything competitive with mobile Tualatin until at least Thoroughbred. On the plus side, there is potential for AMD's Athlon4 to pace Intel's P4 penetration into the corporate market, since each requires validation of a new platform.

...and Tualatin is due for a Monday release, whereas Thoroughbred and Barton are quite a ways off at this point...

I honestly don't think the Palamino core is going to get the penetration into the corporate market.
