That could mean that they are on something.... if Visijet grabs 5% of the $8B market and is valued at conservative 5x sales this could be a billion dollar company..., depending on the dilution they experience through the reverse merger it could mean $100MM to $150MM for the pointe shareholders...or about $10 per share... If, and when and perhaps. You mentioned that no deails are given. Perhaps, the money has already been made. Are you a shareholder?
