The common shares of this blank check company which were not regularly traded until now suddenly jumped to a high of over $50, giving the shell a market capitalisation of $25M.

After a 26:1 stock split the shares continued to rise and the capitalisation approached $40M.

Have they found gold? per the most recent quartely filing, the company has no assets to speak of, neither is anything publicly known which could imply any forthcoming activity.
