I think it means sex with a minor or incest. Now? Maybe so. But at one time, not so long ago, it did mean sex outside of marriage. Well, the discussion started because the Administration was talking about abstinence-focused sex-ed. Ah so. I missed that. Sorry. I didn't get back all the way to the beginning of thew discussion. I think everyone is agreed that many problems have resulted from the sexual revolution. I don't know if something like that would work or not. Probably not. It's like trying to unmake an omelette. How then are these problems to be dealt with? Yet I still don't see a problem with state involvement in this. This education; it is not force of law. If sex ed is to be taught, this is one of the topics that has to be covered and it would seem some position is necessary.
