The Texas Cartel continues to stick it to California. Everywhere else prices have slid under $1.40 again. Here we're at about $1.80. All energy still costs more here and the reason is that they control the whole network, are still trying to destroy Grey Davis because they fear him and might as well rob a rich state which has supported Democrats recently. But Bush-Cheney are worried about falling prices. So they have just announced they have spoken to OPEC and production will be cut again like they had it done in December. Proof they can and will control world energy prices to enrich themselves and use as a political weapon mainly to dismantle environmental protection and governmental regulation globally.
