Hank, I wonder whose idea it was.

Jacobs seems to be behind some of the AREM techniques. As a large shareholder, he can only get out by filing papers and clearly can not get all the way out easily since he would depress the price and once others found out it would be a rout.

You have to wonder if Jacobs had any idea that the company really did have problems. Clearly some in management must have known.

And, as has been pointed out, management in a company going bankrupt anyway can afford to waste plenty on lawyers.

I am very glad I own no AREM.
