While you can assign a computer a tangible function, as a typewriter, for example, my point was that as specific product prices and total revenues fall towards zero, they become less and less important to the dollar economy, even though they may still be a vital part of the subjective standard of living. This is where the fault lies in the hedonic and chained-dollar frauds in trying to prevent the products with falling prices from falling in significance to the dollar economy.

It is entirely normal that most products fall in price as they are produced more and more efficiently. If there were no inflation, and there were no NEW products, then measurements of the dollar economy would likely decline year over year even as real standards of living were continuing to increase nicely.
