The physical stock exchange split sounds weird to me...that means that the shareowners do not have their tradeable shares on the books? No when-issued trading mentioned...

Could mean major squeeze is possible for shorts.
I would say that a major squeeze was possible. Stock went from $2.48 on July 23rd to $53 (pre-split). Highest volume on any of those days was only 7,500. Current price is equal to $91 pre-split. It will be nice when we get some info on Visijet (sales, eps, etc). Right now nobody knows what this Co. is worth. I just think it's a lot less than current mkt cap.
