As I noted to Gersh last weekend, there was a strange divergence between a top down Index view and a bottom up stock view. While the Index was at clear resistance, some key players were in significant break-out formations. I must admit that I had drank significantly too much of my Evan Wms the night before, and was not available to take advantage of CSCO's second move through 19.

There are a couple of significant players in NDX that have not yet joined the party. If you look at the stocks I mentioned, you will know who they are. If they don't join the party, I believe we can see ~NDX 1760; if they do join the party, we could see NDX 1860. This is, of course, JMHO and
