leroy, I see a reverse split as a distinct possibility in MVEE's future, but only when they're ready to move onto a bigger board. Otherwise, I don't see how it would benefit them.

A buy back is better than a reverse split. If Cataldo has any plans to do right by MVEE shareholders he will do a buy back.

A buy back will automatically increase the value of the stock.

A reverse split artificially inflates the stock price but creates no shareholder value. In most cases after a reverse split the stock price falls -- reducing shareholder value.

A buy back sends a message to the market that the people inside the company think the company's stock is worth buying because they expect a bright future.

A reverse split does not send any worm fussy feelings to the market.
