Yeah Stan, I think I'm beginning to understand how this works: The chip-makers cut capex to reduce costs which increases earnings which in turn increases capex spending, thus, the more they cut capex, the more they can spend on capex, and as a result we should now be concerned when they start increasing capex, because that will certainly increase costs which will force them to reduce capex, right?
