You have a point there. The Republicans would be far smarter to give Harris a plush ambassadorship to someplace small, comfortable and far away...

I didn't make my point clear to you. CNN is biased and corrupt, largely reporting and presenting only an anti-Republican, liberal Democrat point of view. I'm not surprised that CNN is reporting these things about Harris, a little person, after ignoring and down-playing major corruption surrounding the Clintons, on the national scene. Harris does not share CNN's ideology, so she is seen as the enemy to be destroyed.

you say "an icon of moral corruption walking the hallowed halls of Congress."
Yes absolutely, the vilification of Ms Harris by the current leaders of the democrat Party will be repudiated by the voice of the people of Florida.

The only good Democrat in Congress is Gary Condit and he sure will have to work harder in 02 and 04 and beyond.

I'd vote for Ms Harris because she is one smart articulate woman who is honest, courageous, civil and follows the law even under pressure.

>>an icon of moral corruption walking the hallowed halls of Congress ...

Let's leave Ted Kennedy out of this.

>>and inspire good Democrats everywhere

Sorry, that species became extinct years ago. Unless they are hiding extremely well, only bad Dems exist today.

Harris is a smart Harvard grad and comes from one of the most prominent FL families. But I do agree that Harris is an inspiration to good government and will be a star in Congress, making her the leading anti-Hillary, the NY senator who is indubitably the leading female icon of moral, financial and governmental corruption in Congress and in the nation today.
