Alan,

Maybe this time the 50% of the Shareholders that didn't vote last time will wake up and let their voices be heard (with the Bre-X Trustee's 8M shares we still have control if we choose it)?

Alan, I have to read the details more carefully. My initial reaction is to vote against selected items, such as the share consolidation. I have to read the employee option plan more carefully and deliberate. They have not included the latest financials or the business plan for the new corporation. I not very pleased about it. No comments yet on the settlement part. I am just thinking, do I really have a choice in accepting the overall package ??? I would really like to see a market for may shares. But if there is a consolidation, then historically the shares tend to fall in value, and it becomes easy for the corporation to issue more shares at very low prices.

Regards,
Lalit Jain
