I agree with all of your rational for defending America as it is and should be (based on Christian principals). But I still think "Christian Nation", particularly with the "N" being capitalized overly focuses on our Christian heritige. People who are not Christian may be offended that it is being stated with such force. To say it is a "Christian Nation" at church or other similar backdrop would be different than at a Jewish synagogue I am sure you would agree.

Now that gets down to the point of pc, and it may look like I am quibeling. But language that makes your point, but irritates the ones you are making it to defeats the purpose (unles the purpose was to irritate).

Anyway, enough said. You and I agree on the core principals of what makes America great. The people that I get pissed at are the ones that want to dismantle our constitution and feel that the values our country has been built on are not important.
