There is so much desperate hope for confirmation of a market bottom through disclosures of "improved visibility" for the months ahead. Now rumors of the next round of upgrades, all probably based on rumors of upcoming "improved visibility".

No one is talking actual improvement yet, though. Just "improved visibility".

I just "addressed" this in my response to Larry, if this was for "real" we should have had a torrent, and selloff would ave been met with higher volume buying, it does not look "right" to me, thus my minimal commitments at this time.
