No, that's not what I said. Here's my exact quote:

Every server I see going into a datacenter environment is fully populated.

I'll clarify that while I'm at it. Every Intel-based server I see being racked is fully populated. The only servers I can think of that aren't fully populated also aren't Intel-based.
