Those aren't compromises but lipservice. State courts are necessary as federal courts are miles away and backlogged. The HMO's need more accountability. One million dollar limits is chickenfeed.......you need atleast 5 million dollars. You know nothing about medical costs.

I can remember whoever it was that Tyson raped saying that no amount of money could possibly repair the damage done. So why did the court give here any money? He went to prison, so why should he have paid on top of that. She even said no amount of money could repay. But the court gave her money anyway Then there's the other side which is what Bush wanted to eliminate and that's crazed people who sue for anything. Like the people who are suing the invisible fence company because their dog was emotionally scarred when he got too close to the fence and was shocked. $250,000.
