As I said before, this the law, not mathematics nor some pharmaceutical potion which can be measured or determined precisely This sounds like someone who doesn't have any arguments ready. Look, if your position really is: Alright, the Supreme Court sacrificed its principles and accepted a bunch of crappy arguments that they would not have accepted at any other time, but the circumstances justified it, why don't you just say so? This position is at least internally consistent.
