Hi TI2, I guess German companies do not have to answer to an SEC, so it's not a big deal to make unsubstantiated claims. If you start with Cymer's sales of ArF lasers and give LP 70% of the market, LP's sales of those lasers alone would be greater than their current litho sales.

The math indicates LP is incorrect by a large margin. LP's credibility is extremely suspect for making such a claim.
