Hi Dan3; Actually, I can pack 364 80 sq mm die into a single 200mm diameter circle with the simple technique of putting them in horizontal rows, symmetrically above and below the horizontal diameter. It seems like a reasonably efficient way to do it. In each half, you get 182 dice. The row counts for either half are:

182 = 22+22+21+20+20+18+17+15+13+10+4.
