New entrants will not come in, and current players will quit. Exactly the same is happening in disk drives. This week it is rumored that Fugitsu is leaving the Desktop disk business because it doesn't justify the expense needed to stay current. So the remaining vendors will do OK. If one fails to consider this part, they will make the same mistake the bulls make when thinking Yahoo will continue to have 85% margins forever.
